Save On a visit to your local hardware store and buy the intestine (content) inside the tank. They are not hard to install if you follow the instructions. The stamps are used to sell. If you can not, then you have to find a good plumber because it is the only way to solve the problem. You will notice a big difference in the water bill if it is attached.

The flap is to be blocked or interrupted. You can mix the mango or the look in the tank and see if the channel is not connected, the lever that lifts the lid. Then you close either the anchor chain or why the door is not for the hole. if not with the hole or the guide rod oriented in the hole, so that you can re-align.
If the chain is broken, you can in a hardware store and she hung up. and when the door is not operable for a new one. The facility is no big deal. ez instructions are followed.

Looks like you need a new case. If not left you can have a high water bill. Most rooms have a way to the valve on the sink in the vicinity, or you can remove the float and the water will no longer run. If you rent, you should contact your landlord in connection. This should in any case, before you become a water bill for the set-size!
