I found that helped slippers. Attempts to crush the big feet in regular shoes will only make things worse. Lift your feet never helps. Take a hot bath does. The advantage is that with leg cramps so helps ensure that when it starts.

How are they inflated? I suggest you call your doctor if you are a little inflated. The swelling is a sign of other potentially serious complications.

With my first pregnancy I had pre-eclampsia and severe inflammation. Nothing really helped. They were always swollen and painful.

In my second pregnancy had very little swelling, but keep all the liquid is pumped into me in the hospital causes swollen for about 2 weeks after birth.

I had to stay on my feet seriously. It takes really listen to her obstetrician-gynecologist or your doctor. I have the first 4 weeks of emergency caesarean section because they become toxic. I had a foot massage very nice, but it had to be careful not to fall on my work.

theres nothing really to ... stand straight, and if the swelling does not return within 2 hours call your doctor because this could something serious ... at 23 weeks and goes through the same .. its so bad, because I am every week

In the 30 weeks and have experienced less edema in the feet, but the pain during the night. I wake up crying because I Hurt So Bad Charlie horses. The following helped me tremendously in my pregnancy to treat and prevent swelling and pain in legs / feet
